GUIDE/DRIVER COTTAGE

• R750 bed and breakfast (until 31 July 2024).
• R850 bed and breakfast (from 1 August 2024).

GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to confirm reservations of two or more nights.
• A 100% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to confirm reservations of one night only.
• Full payment of remaining accommodation account is due 30 days prior to guest arrival.
• Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms require a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation and the balance payable 30 days prior to guest arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival: 50% of full accommodation costs payable (applicable to two or more nights only).
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 75% of full accommodation costs payable (applicable to two or more nights only).
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
• All cancellations to be acknowledged in writing.
